Hi, I just changing the my theme suddenly
this problem occurs as you can see in the screenshot on my desktop in every icon is patch with brown spades.I already try to rebuild the icon cache and delete the cache but its not working.

i use win-bubble problem solve,its hard to identify the problem
because its not looking like arrow
.
