A bunch of Run when created events in my scheduler

I have a bunch, about 20, of "READY" items in my W7 scheduler. They all have a long sequence of numbers in the name column and all have, in the trigger column, "When the task is created or modified". Are they of any use or can they be deleted?

Where do you see these? Under what selection in the left pane? I don't see anything like that.
