| | Any version XP or Vista to Win 7 Pro Can someone legally move from a version of Windows XP or Vista to a different version of Windows 7. For example could I legally move from Windows XP Home to Windows 7 Professional. Does Microsoft require that I have XP Pro or Vista Pro to move to Win 7 Pro? |

| Windows 7 Ultimate retail // Windows 7 build 7264 x64, Vista Home Premium SP2 x64 Virginia, U.S | The MS site doesn't talk about the restrictions from XP to win 7. but check out the thread I wrote called 'for all those concerned about buying the upgrade disks'. I had called MS 4 times verifying different data, and the MS rep told about the situation for XP. |
