    Windows 7 Family Pack

I bought Windows 7 Family Pack Home Premium Upgrade and I only need two of the three licenses so I was wondering if I could let my mom use one.

It says the licenses are to be used in the same household but is this one of those rules that is a rule but not really a rule or is this a big no no and could get you in trouble with Microsoft?

As long as you keep it within the Family, I think you are just fine. I wouldn't throw it up on Craigslist or anything like that. In fact, if you wanted to simply give 2 of them away to random people on the street, I think you are fine.
