Deleting the undeletable
As I am certain that this topic has been beat to death already I apologize for this, but I have tried everything that I can find to delete my folder. The folder is based from a windows.old folder when I switched from vista to seven, I have renamed to file to something different though.
Here is what I have tried:
-plain right click delete: says I need permission from a user that I had on my last computer that this file is from.
-turn on super admin. repeat process from above and same result.
At this point I'm about to put my fist through my screen.
-Use cmd to delete, tried the methods in these links: Undeletable File - Delete and Windows 7 Help Tips and How-to: Delete Undeletable Files by command line both give some sort of command is not valid (and yes the directory is correct)
-Tried killbox: can't/won't delete the file
-Tried fileassasin: responds with File cannon be deleted or something to that effect.
Any Ideas? I'm am about to chuck my computer through window right now.
Thank you in advance for your help.
