    Help with hidden files

I had an issue with a Corel product yesterday and the Tech said "it's a quick Registry fix", logged in and made the change....then fixed it so that I now have to do a complete reinstall. It's as if he created a whole new profile, so now I can't run certain programs even though they appear on the Program list.

Rather that wrestle with a fix, easier to reinstall the software.

The problem is that a directory that was once visible to me previously that contained 5gb of files is no longer visible. This apparent new Identity (or whatever they did) doesn't recognize it.

The files are there. If I go to Computer, right click, Everything and do a text search for files I know are there, I can see them.

Is there some freeware available that will allow me to browse everything on the harddrive, no matter which Identity created it?

    Thanks!!

Thanks!!! Solved that problem. The only other major issue is .....where to find my old folders with the Windows Live folders. Any clue where to find those?

    THanks again.
