Sharing with computer turned off/low power?

Hi,

Just wondering, is there a way so that if for example, I have a video folder that is being shared on the network, to continue being shared, even if the computer is turned off? I want to be able to share my files 24/7 but I dont want to keep the computer running all the time. Is there a way to share while in a very low power state?

Thanks
Jitin

No, you'd have to wake the computer on a LAN event to bring it out of the low power state. Or you could purchase a Network Attached Storage appliance on your network.
