Have you run your Anti-Virus to check to see if your computer has any viruses? If you want to see a list of your items that startup, I recommend you see this link

Hi,

A couple of questions:

When did those command windows start popping up? Do you click on anything to make that happen?

What anti-virus/malware software have you scanned with?

Please fill out your full system specs.

Regards,
Golden

Have you tried using Trend Housecall to online scan your computer as your installed AV could be corrupt. Also do a scan with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware?

Agreed, MalwareBytes is the best for scanning this type of behavior.

Also, in your system configuration you need to look for anything relating to apps running from the APPDATA folder as no apps should run from there unless they're malicious.
