    add remove not working

I downloaded a program that I don't want. I don't think it downloaded properly, and it's empty on the add/remove column. but, I can't remove it from the list with add/remove. Also, i cannot open the program. It's just on the list.
    How can I remove it?

Hi Dennis7490. You might try the program CCLEANER. Highly recommended on this site.. Under the TOOLS option in this program is a program uninstall option. You might give this a try. Report back and let us know.

    add remove not working

    Hi John,

thanks. I tried Ccleaner, but it did not remove the program. the program is empty. It's just that the title remains on my add/remove list. When I click 'Uninstall" It says, "Please wait until the current program is finished being uninstalled or changed."

Download Revo Uninstaller Freeware - Free and Full Download - Uninstall software, remove programs, solve uninstall problems

I have never tried this but most on the forum claim it is the best uninstaller.
    Download the Free version.

Here is a sevenforums video tutorial.

    Hope that helps.
