Help needed

Hi everyone.

I just reinstalled my computer, before I had my programs next to the start button, I found a "how to" here a year or so ago but I can't remember where.
I remember "some of it" but not everything, make a new something and drag something to the left or right but it's a bit hard to do if you have no clue what the somethings are lol.
I did a search and looked in customization but didn't find it and I can't remember what it was named, I blame it on old age
Does anyone know what I'm talking about and where that tutorial is?

No that's not the one, but a good first try, thanx

Another thing I just remember is that the open programs (firefox, paint, etc.) were seperated from the shortcuts with a double vertical line and in the tutorial you had to drag those lines from the right side to the left.
Maybe that might help someone remember what I mean.
