Windows 7 not booting from cd or hard drive

Please help Windows 7 crash
If someone could please try and help me fix this or just start over.

Ok I have a emachine e725 running windows 7 32bit and a acer running on windows vista. My emachine recently crashed in the blue screen and I tried to complete a system restore. I was able to get through the advanced boot menu and use the repair your computer option to restore windows. During the windows setup process I got another blue screen and the computer restarting. It then started the process over and once it got to the step that says windows is preparing setup, it gives an error msg saying something along the lines of windows was interupted and needs to restart to complete installation, and it has an option to press ok. This cycle continues and I can not open in safe mode because it says "windows can not complete the installation in safemode. Also the option to repair your computer in the advanced menu options is no longer available. So after wrestling with windows starting up I decided to create a back up and restore disc on my acer for my windows 7 computer. I tried putting it on a disc but it would not boot. So I tried creating a installation disc of windows 7 and tried booting from the cdrom drive. Once I did that I got a error msg saying "device driver not found: MSCD001 No valid cdrom device drivers selected. It then gives me the A:\>. Im not sure if I created the disc wrong since I cant unzip the entire file I downloaded with needing an encryption password. I hope someone can help me with this. I am willing to start over fresh if needed. Please help me!!

When Win7 will not start, you want to run Startup Repair from the Repair My Computer console if available on F8 Advanced Boot Tools menu, or by booting the Win7 Repair CD:

In your case, you ran full Factory Recovery which has now stalled. If you are still under one-year Tech Support warranty I would call eMachine to have them help you. If not, do you have the Recovery Disks which should have been made off the Recovery Partition when you first got your computer? You would normally use these to boot and start the Recovery again. You may need to order the disks from eMachine tech support.

The error you are getting while in Safe Mode means you may be able to follow the "Now for Safe Mode" steps at the end of this tutorial to access Device Manager to uninstall any Device which is showing in error - this device is probably the one causing the blue screen, and by uninstalling it you may be allowed to complete installation then update the driver correctly from the desktop. If you can find a Win7 installation DVD for your version you can also wipe your HD to clean reinstall with the Product Key on your COA sticker. This is a much cleaner install allowing better Win7 performance without the factory bloatware and useless factory utilities which have much better versions built into Win7: Reinstalling Windows 7

ok thank you so much. I dont have the start up disc because it did not come with any and I did nt create a back up disc when I first recieved it. I would like to start over and just wipe it clean and reinstall windows. Is it possible for me to do it at this point.

Yes, it's possible Just borrow or otherwise find a Win7 installer, unlock all versions if necessary as given in these steps to get a purrfect reinstall of factory OEM: Reinstalling Windows 7

If forced to download Win7 from the web, be sure to check the comments on download beforehand, then rightclick scan the ISO with your AV and Malwarebytes immediately after download.

Remember that the manufacturer's drivers may not be on the standard Windows Install disk, and some features will not be available until those drivers are installed.

Ok I was able to download a repair disk that got me baxk to the windows recovery option but since I dont have an image of my computer I wast sure what I needed to do. The windows 7 download I found was not able to boot. Im not sure if I should just download the drivers for my computer from the recovery menu. It does give me the option to locate them from a different device. I thought I was making progress but it doesnt seem like it. The most I can do now is open windows n the recovery menu. It also said there was no recent image of my computer on the hard drive, not sure what difference it would make. Any suggestions will help. Thanks

Burn the ISO you have to DVD using ImgBurn at 4x speed, then boot it using one-time BIOS Boot Menu key. ImgBurn - Free software downloads and software reviews - CNET Download.com

If the ISO fails HASH, download another. You can extract ISO using Imgburn, unlock all versions using this tool: Ei.cfg Removal Utility Lets You Use Any Product Key With Your Windows 7 Disc

You still have the option to burn the Repair CD I linked in my first post to boot it to run Startup Repair to see if you can fix Win7. You bypasses that suggestion saying you wanted to clean reinstall so I wanted to bring it back up again as something you should at least try.
