    what if you previously set the display time for ABO to 1s?


    I'm unable to boot into anything but safe mode. I used msconfig to reboot into safe mode, and it's stalling with "Please wait..." for a long time. I see the ABO for a second and then watch helplessly as it moves past the ABO and into it's safe mode stall. This is after I attempted again a user profile move ( User Profile - Change Default Location )
    I just want to boot into "dangerous mode", and see what happens? Any other way to get into msconfig before windows tries to do anything? Any ideas???

    solved


    I logged into an image/clone of my C drive, and then used BCD to fix config issue and create a recovery partition for the "real" C drive. I was able to recover the user account.

Hi I have an HP Pavilion dv4 and i noticed that when i move the mouse cursor over the battery icon in the system tray. It only displays percantage of battery, not displays the time remaing of how long my battery life is. So, Is there a setting somwhere or something I can do to make it appear? ...
