    Any guidance?

I have an Acer computer, so when it downloads, it automatically goes to the Burn DVD program that came with Desktop... any help? Is it because I didnt have the Launch box checked in Download Man?

You're going to have to be a little more specific. Starting with using appropriate titles for news threads that you start...

First off, when you download a file, where are you saving it to? Which "Burn DVD" program are you referring to? And which program are you using for download management?

If when you download a file, and it complete, Windows is telling you you have files waiting to be written, then you need to change the destination folder to which you are downloading your files, as it would appear you are trying to save them to your DVD writer, which in fact puts them into a hidden temp folder that windows uses...

Change the settings in your browser to make downloads save to disk, instead of opening with any type of program. Also, you can get your browser to ask you where to save files, at least I know you can do that with firefox and IE. I'm not sure what browser you use, so it will be somewhere in the options.
