    Magnifacation and audio??

Obviously I clicked on something inadvertently and now I have this magnifying glass
displayed on my desktop and this audio following my every move. Sorry for the nontechnical explanation but please tell me how to get rid of this frustrating process

You have turned on Magnifier and Narrator in the Ease of Access Center.
Look at this tutorial. Magnifier Starts at Startup - Enable or Disable
You'll have to look around in there for the narrator settings but they should be in there somewhere to turn it off to.

Look at to three areas highlighted in red in the first screenshot go into each area and there are places to look at some have both magnifier and the narrator at can be unchecked.
