Solved: Login in Arabic
The quick and dirty version:
I have Windows 7 Ultimate in English. The password for my user account is in Arabic. Normally I use a keyboard shortcut to switch between keyboard layouts, or the language bar. I shutdown my computer, and have hence gotten locked out of my computer as the keyboard shortcut doesn't work, and the little EN in the upper left corner isn't available.
I've tried connecting with RDP from another computer, no luck as the service isn't running (or some such problem).
I ran a system restore from before I changed the password. This changed the password back to it's former, English password.
