This seems to happen occasionally when several applications are running, I think Explorer just trips over itself and gives the error before it has completed the desired operation. Although I occasionally get these "errors" displayed, even on new systems with just a few things installed, the operations are still carried out. If you want to get rid of it altogether, ( although it seems to be harmless), then install
TeraCopy and let it replace Explorer copy. There are also other alternatives if you don't like TeraCopy.
Also, when using "
Classic Shell" and the new copy UI it contains, these errors are no longer displayed. This is probably because Ivo has altered the default copy UI ( User Interface ).
