    Playlist not saving in Windows Media Player

    Every time I save a playlist it is gone when I close it and open it again but the playlists are still in the playlist folder for windows media player. If anybody can help it would be most helpful. Thanks.

    Sorry, but could you clarify that?

    If the playlists are in the folder, then they are not gone, you just have to open them again.

    OK. Do you have the Playlist save box checked?

    Open windows Media Player by going to "Start", "Programs", "Windows Media Player";

    and left click on it.

    This window will open;

    Choose "Custom Settings", then "Next" and this window will open;

    If you want to use the playlists, tick the "Playlists" box on the lower right of the window. Be careful what else you check. Make sure that the privacy and other settings are what you want before you check them.
