    the glitch i think is caused by your text settings in IE8

    Go to view...text size and change to smaller....that should sort it out

    or to make even more glitches appear set it to larger or largest like i did below

    I do not see any glitches, on the page or even your screenshot... I compared them in FF and IE8 side by side without a glitch or problem...
