Wrong SyncToy Action copied Recycle Bin to the new drive

I am using SyncToy and I chose I:\ to J:\ Syncronization.
    This caused 2 folders of I:\$Recycle Bin\"number" copied to J:\Recycle Bin\"number".
    Would this be an issue?
What happens if I delete those folders from J:\$Recycle Bin?

There are normally no problems associated with deleting recycle bin folders.

The same does not apply if you try to RECOVER files from moved bins. This can cause conflicts.
