You might try, if you haven't already:
1. Make sure Shell Hardware service is on Automatic
2. Go back to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer NoDriveTypeAutoRun and change value to 0
That is supposed to enable AutoRun for everything.
