Weird Windows

Recently my computer wants to drive me insane, certain windows instead of displaying an eye-friendly GUI I get source code of the html/javascript wanting to be displayed. Not quiet sure what to do. Looked through the services, checked file association, restored a previous registry. I would say it seems to be java-based programs that through me code but I get html code in my Services window(Extended view not Standard). Any thoughts?

I have no clue what might be going on with your Services window.
However, I _have_ seen this type of behavior when using Firefox
with the Firebug addon. If you encounter this problem while browsing,
Firebug has a menu option

Tools -> Firebug -> Deactivate Firebug For this web site

(which can also be invoked with the shortcut Shift-F12)
which should turn off the bad behavior. I hope that helps!
If this problem is occurring without use of Firefox and Firebug,
I have no idea what the cause might be.
