Turn windows features on and off broken

Hey its The Unofficial here with yet another problem. Whenever I click on "Turn Windows Features On or Off" I get this error message. I know that .Ink is a shortcut, so obviously Windows is missing a needed shortcut for Server Manager. However, there is no application "Server Manager" to shortcut too. If so, I would have already made one in Administrative Tools and everything would be bright and cheery again.

Help is appreciated as always,
The Unofficial

EDIT: Please see the attached screenshot for info on the error

Hi the unofficial , try running the system file checker to see if you have a corrupted system file SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker or you may ned to do a system restore prior to when you started to get this error

Hi Pebbly an thanks for your great suggestions. However, I have already tried an SFC scan, and I would much rather not do a system restore because the problem has been occurring since before I knew how to create restore points. So doing a system restore would uninstall, and change many programs that I have acumulated over the 4-5 month's since the error started.

Thanks, I'll do a restore if push comes to shove though.
