Hey all,
I bought the Windows 7 on microsoft.com and downloaded it from the website. Turns out my computer can't handle Windows 7 and I need to know if I can get a refund since it is completely useless to me and if so how do I go about that? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Biggles thanks for the link advice it was very helpful on the return policy and what to do to return a downloadable program. Windows 7 isnt for me...lol Again thank both of you I will let you know how it turned out. :)
When you say "Home Premium Pack", do you mean the 3-Pack they've offered in the past? Assuming you have a legitimate key, haven't installed it on a bunch of computers (and activated it), you might be able to sell it for what you paid for it, assuming the refund is a no-go. That was a sweet deal.
Make sure the key is valid and not already tied to another machine, though, or you'll have an angry customer on your hands.
