startup screen white? help pls.....

i plug a usb modem and start the pc thent it say start up is correct i remove the modem and start the pc again it just like this

but i can not go to bios and others also but aftyer few minute it give windows start sound but screen not change


please help meee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your display is not "dead" or it would not show what it is showing. It looks like a driver problem.

Do you have a Windows install disk?
