Windows 7: Unidentified Process Identifiers using netstat

Here's the skinny, when i did a netstat -ano @ the nonelevated command prompt there was a taskmanager process identifier listed(5356) as ESTABLISHED. This identifier was not on the MS Task Manager list.

Does anyone know what identifier 5356 is and where can i get a listing of all possible process identifiers?
