Unusual Problem

In my Program Folder, I have a TEMP Folder (Empty). When I right click and try to delete the folder, I enter a loop with no end. The Pop Window display like it is trying to remove the whole Programs Folder. Any Advice would be appreciated.
Thanks.

There is supposed to be TEMP folder in C > Windows and one in Winsxs. It was probably moved. Chances are it is not empty. I would leave it alone. Maybe it is just a junction.
