When I bring up 'Explorer' and navigate to a file folder...and want to add a 'new folder'.... there is a button on the top of explorer which says 'new folder'..... I click the button, and it DOES NOT create a new folder. Yet, if I 'right-click' i can select 'new folder' from the list that comes...
