    The main reason Windows has problems like this is because people don't like to see them having a practical monopoly on various things. The courts make decisions on this, and you end up with an operating system being partially disabled, or a piece of software disallowed in a "bundle". It's just another example of many basically nonsensical things that happen nowadays.

    Why it doesn't happen to Apple? Apple is not Microsoft! :)

    I think Windows Mail and Windows Live Mail do not work in Mac... Are you sure Apple bundles it?

    I think he is referring to "MAIL" which is part of the MAC OS;

    Apple - Mac OS X - What is Mac OS X - Mail, iCal, Address Book

    It's because Apple has a tiny market share.
