Run as admin failed + Visual C++ Runtime error Hello
I'm new here and very glad I found you.
I have a problem with my pc ... Before the automatic update that installed the Service pack 1, everything was fine. After the installation my laptop started having problems with Visual C++ Runtime. The problem appears at the windows startup and when im repairing Visual C++ it stops for 2-3 startups. then it appears again and all over again. I could not move the bar of the windows that i was opening, push several of the buttons on my screen and some other strange things. Yesterday, I installed a program and since then I can not open ABSOLUTELY NOTHING as Administrator. A windows that displays
"Windows is not possible to find 'a program'.
Make sure you enter the name correctly and try again."
appears.
Have i done anything wrong?
Is it a virus and if so why it didn't caught by my antivirus (AVG Internet Security 2011 fully updated)?
Thank you in advance
EDIT: Sorry for my english :$ im greek user

Hi, and welcome to the forums. Sometimes, glitches occur. One doesn't have to do anything wrong.
If you want to check for a virus etc. Then go here; Download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.50.1 - FileHippo.com
Download the software, update the database, and run a FULL scan.
If it finds anything, post the log here.

I've done full scan with AVG but nothing. The program that i installed yesterday is "Protel 99 SE" (for electronics pcbs etc...)
I'll try with Mallwarebytes.
Thank you again

My pleasure. Often, malwarebytes will find something that other programs missed. It is best to check if malware is causing problems before trying any other diagnostics. If the program finds anything, then post the log here, and we can move on to other troubleshooting.

at the moment, mwbytes didn't found anything and AVG found some "harmfull" viruses in recycle bin, some trojans from keygens/patches and some files that was locked and could not be tested, as C:/BOOT/BDC, C:/BOOT/BDC.LOG, C:/hiberfil.sys, C:/pagefile.sys and some other | My System Specs | | OS Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit |

Well, if you have trojans and other malware on your system, you can try removing it with malwarebytes, and also with: SUPERAntiSpyware.com | Remove Malware | Remove Spyware - AntiMalware, AntiSpyware, AntiAdware!
but in a lot of cases, although you can sometimes remove the malware, you can not easily repair any damage it did by changing system settings etc.
If you use cracked software and stuff like keygens etc, these are often infected with various malware.
Usually, the only sensible solution is to do a clean install of Windows, after scanning ALL drives and partitions, and any other media you have for malware.
Further troubleshooting on an infected system is usually pointless.
