    Making installation files

Not sure where this Q should go, but since I have received so much help in the past from this website, I thought I'd ask.

Before I got rid of an old comfuser I had, I copied the folders of some of the games onto a flash drive (the comfuser did not have any restore/backup disc). I copied these folders onto the comfuser I have now & the games are working fine.

    My question is:
How do I take game folder A & make an installation file out of it?

You might want to tryout Indigorose Setup-Factory.

    Just to update.

I did check out Indigorose Setup-Factory & it would've done what I wanted, but I found out I can use my WinRar & make a Self-Extracting file which has done what I wanted just fine.

    Thanks for the link Dzomlija.

Thanks for the update CJW. I should have thought of WinRAR or WinZip, but you mentioned creating an installation file for you games, so I figured you'd want to be able to have an uninstall facility too.

Self-extracting archives do the job just as well, I guess!
