Now the name shows up but i have a new problem. I can't delete that one file in the error message. This happens every time i add a new location for adding files (when i add the public folder in c/users.)

Have a look in the location it says in the message and see whether there is a Libraries folder and what's in it. If it is empty, right click on it and try "Restore previous version"

Documents, Videos, Music, and Pictures, are all in there for a total of 4 files.

And within Documents (or Music, etc.) are there also the Public folders?

Yes... I just added them in. I see them when I click on the Documents or Music, etc. in the 'big screen' in the libraries folder but there are still the duplicates. See attachment. Sorry for the confusion but hopefully the attachment will help you.

Hmm, looks like the old ones came back. Is there anything in them?

It looks like the same thing but then i try to delete them and EITHER it works and the icon goes away in the big screen OR it comes up with that one error message that i attached before.

I guess it is better to have two than none. Let me think.
