    Shutdown Problem

I'm using Windows 7 home premium..!!
Whenever i plugged my huwaei E122 USB modem,it never gets detected..When i checks the devices section from control panel,it's in the unspecified section. After waiting for 10-12 min there's no such detection of the modem and then i'll have to restart the windows but this time windows doesn't shutdown, infact iit gets stuck on the screen saying 'Shutting down'..!!

But whenver i plugin my USB modem before booting up the windows(I mean inserting the modem in the USB before switching on the laptop) it gets detected and works. And windows too shut down properly..!!

I don't know whats the matter. Please help me out with this...

    Awaiting a response..!!

It sounds like your modem drivers need to be updated. Do you have this issue with any other USB devices?

I checked out for the drivers update but it says u have the best available latest drivers installed.. !! what should i do now ??

and one more thing after attaching the USB modem(which isn't detected),if i plug in any other USB device in other available ports(say USB mouse, harddisk) they won't be detected too...!!
