How to create recovery partition on new Windows 7 installation?

how to create the recoverypatition at the on new installation of windows 7

You are probably better off with an image than a recovery partition - preferably on an external disk. But you can also make one on a seperate partition on the same drive. That will only not help when the disk breaks and you have to install a new disk.

Recovery Partitions are a convenient way for OEMs to distribute their OEM OS and sales material.
I don't see the value in making a customized recovery partition as opposed to storing an image.
I do see value is resurrecting special function key (F8) WinRe function if you've lost it.
