Windows 7 - installing 32 bit issues

| | installing 32 bit issues the Drivers like the ATI does not startup and has errors after restarting, MS Office 2010 also were unable to startup...or install well. There are also many other softwares that did not start up well or worked after successful install. Do I need to do something in the BIOS first like S1 power save or S3 and HPET Precision in the BIOS? PC is new and OS from newegg from new builder purchase |

| | Reinstall Windows 7 clean. No upgrade or repair, just a clean install. |

| | That is what I did.. clean install... reformatted drive several times and still problems.. |
