Robocopy backup - file permissions

I've been using Robocopy with the /MIR switch to backup user data, but I've run into situations where file permissions need to be cleared rather than preserved so files are portable to other users and servers.

Robocopy now preserves acls across different NTFS volumes, so I'm wondering if this is even possible with Robocopy. Will I need to process the data with another script using icalcs? Is there anyway to use robocopy /MIR and reset file permissions?
