You can "unpin" any icon from the Taskbar (right-click on it, unpin). You can also simply delete any icon in the Start menu.
However, once you start a program, an icon typically appears in the taskbar. If that's what you want to hide, then perhaps someone else can help you, I don't know how to do that.
There is nothing special about the IE, its icons work just as any other program's icons.

Just right click the IE icon on either the taskbar or the start menu and click on either unpin from taskbar or unpin from start menu. Is this what you mean.

Here are some tutorials that should help you get started. At the end of each tutorial are related tutorials that offer additional, more specific information. And at the very bottom of the page are additional search inquiries on related subjects.

I know I just need to right click on IE icon on the task menu and hide the icon. But this is not what I want.
I need to do that by script or on the registry. Because the process will be for many laptop in our company.
You can go to Control Panel>Program and Features>Turn Windows Features On and off>uncheck Internet explorer it will ask you if you want to say yes than it'll take a moment for it to process and then it will ask for a restart I just tried it and it removed Internet Explorer from the start menu and taskbar.
I hope that helps
