Remove Arrow From System Tray/Notification Area

Anyone know how to remove this thing without having to unhide all your hidden icons?

    You mean this
Remove Arrow From System Tray/Notification Area-region4.png
    To this
Remove Arrow From System Tray/Notification Area-region3.png
It's still there I just cleared removed the color from the image.
It's in the aero.msstyle in C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\Aero & you can use Ave's Windows7 Style Builder to change it.
If you are using the default aero theme I have WSB & can change that for you.
If you are using a custom theme you will need to ask the theme maker. It's not cool to change someone else work.
    &
You will need to do 1 of these 2 ways of Enabling custom themes for it to work.

Hmm, shame there's no registry tweak to just scrap it all together.

    Notification area triangle?

    Hey, I'm new here.
Would you kindly point to what icon is that triangle?
Or even better if you could post the edited default theme.
    Cheers!

    Sorry but no.
I managed to get it done with WSB after searching for "tray" and then editing those found icons to be transparent.
I'm not sure if you understood my original message, but thanks for the help anyway!
