I'm trying to contact Microsoft the Hotfix since I use HD Audio Controller on my laptop, and I went everywhere through Help & Support Center but I end up having to pay $60 just to send e-mail/chat/phone .

Does anyone know the support # other than what's mentioned above?

Nevermind, I finally got the requested Hotfix in the email .

It renames the High Definition Audio Controller in System Devices to "6.0.6002.22125".
