    Folders in C:\ Directory

Hi. I bought my laptop from a friend who upgraded it from XP pro. It is running Windows 7 Ultimate. In order to free up disk space, I was looking for old files when I came across three folders entitled:

    0fe246739e95a7d3bd2e3c04d6340e9e
    655b9c7a02bfb4aabc445d1df21c
    bc240b206991fe30cd3c94149d

I dont know what these are or if it's alright to delete them. Also, I found some other folders called
    DKMM
    MMAPP
    ~THUB.T
    EFI
    PSFONTS
    temp
    PerfLogs

any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    Code:
    0fe246739e95a7d3bd2e3c04d6340e9e
    655b9c7a02bfb4aabc445d1df21c
    bc240b206991fe30cd3c94149d
    temp
    PerfLogs
I am sure they can be safely deleted.
Temp, might show up again, if it was setup there.

About others, check out content, use your best judgement.
But I do not recall any system folders with those names.

None of those need to be there.
