    That will be just the install... but you have to look at Windows Update, Temp Files, Internet Storage Cache... all adds up.

    I would say that 80gigs would be good, but its very cheap to get that if your getting a mechanical drive but I see you want to use SSD so 80gig alone at Best Buy last time i Checked was $180. As much as a new netbook these days...

    I have the same netbook and I'm able to run Windows 7 Ultimate - but I completely agree with the above posts that you need more RAM. My spec is 1 GB of RAM but I've noticed that its not as fast as it could be. Having said that - I much prefer it to running XP.

    Linux is ideal for that kind of thing - free too.
