    Disable Hybrid Sleep?

So I've already posted my Win7 randomly entering sleep mode and not waking up. I've found one of the things that can fix it is to disable hybrid sleep. However, I can't see that option. My account is automatically set as administrator so I should beable to see the "Change the unavailable power settings" option but I don't. I'm stumped.

To stop hibernation enter the start menu and search bar (Start Search), type cmd and press Ctrl + Shift + Enter to run Command Prompt as an Administrator
In the black box write " powercfg -h off " and press Enter. Wait 5-10 seconds and close the window.
Hibernate will now stop to function as active and the large hiberfil.sys file will disappear . To activate it again, follow these steps, but type "powercfg -h on".

Have a look at this tutorial by Brink for the different sleep modes. If the available sleep mode(s) do not match what your sleep mode in bios is set to then this may be causing your problems. This is what happened to me, having similar issues to what you describe.
