    Mixed Up StartMenu

Okay, I'm really AR, and I like to keep a lean Start Menu, with functional groups (like all graphic related programs under, duh, Graphics). I would rather click through a couple of levels than scroll through lots of individual program listings.

Similarly, I like to keep all program files on my C: drive and all of my data and user files, etc. on my D: drive (I told you I am AR, right?). (Oh yeah, and both drives are actually Raid mirrors...)

ANYWAY, the problem is that, when try to organize All Programs on my Start menu, I right click on All Programs and then Open All Users and Programs. Unfortunately, when I do this I don't see all of the programs that I see when I simply open the All Programs box. (Grrrrrrr....)

I suspect that this comes from the fact that I moved my USERS account and all data files to the D: drive when I set up the computer, but it appears that a number of programs have not followed my intentions (or I screwed up somewhere else, which is VERY possible), and as a result there is an additional USERS directory on my C: drive. Yeah, each drive has a USERS directory.

Therefore, when I right click on All Programs on the Start menu and then select Open All Users and Programs, I appear to be only seeing the USERS folder on the C: drive.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this mess will be greatly appreciated.

I am sure you have moved everything correctly and issue hides elsewhere.

When you click on All programs regular way- it shows you the content of two or more folders simultaneously.
    C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu
    and others could be
    %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\

But when you do "right click on All Programs and then Open All Users and Programs" it shows you only programs from folder
    C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu

    If you want programs from
    %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
to show in general folder, you need to reinstall those programs and select option Install for All users during installation. And installation should be run as Administrator.

Or you could copy content of one folder into another.
