Have a look in your registry here:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\ControlPanel\NameSpace\

And Here if you have x64:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer\ControlPanel\NameS pace

The entries will be as per a CLSID number, e.g. {4299124F-F2C3-41b4-9C73-9236B2AD0E8F}**

Just browse through them until you find the unwanted entries and delete.

As a caveat, back up the keys before you start deleting, just in case you make an error.

** That's the Java Cpl Applet CLSID by the way.

Click Start.
In the Search box, type Regedit.exe.

If you are not sure or confident of what you are doing, go slowly and carefully.

Remember, think twice, delete once.

And follow the caveat in my first post (you could add a system restore point to that as well. Double Safety!).
