Boot the Win7 DVD or Repair CD to run Startup Repair repeatedly to see if it will start:
    System Repair Disc - Create
    Startup Repair
You can copy out your files using DVD/Repair CD: Copy & Paste - in Windows Recovery Console

If not, run Lenovo factory Recovery from boot: Lenovo Support - How do I recover my system using ThinkVantage Rescue and Recovery or using your Recovery Disks if you made them.

Or find a Win7 Installation DVD to reinstall with the Product Key on your COA sticker: Reinstalling Windows 7

Did not work the first time, I am going to try again.
The Machine does have 2 Hd.s running in RAID 0.
When command screen open the Drives show up as D: not C: as I was expecting.
Is there a different procedure when running this configuration?
