Have you enabled the Guest account on the second computer? :)

Yes both of the computers have a guest account. The 64-bit computer has 3 accounts Dougie, Buddy, && Guest Account! The 32-bit has 2 accounts Dougie,&& Guest Account.

Is the computer you are having trouble with set to try and connect to a domain? You might also check in User Accounts>>Manage Accounts and see what accounts are shown there.

How do you tell if it is supposed to try and connect to a domain?

Sounds like you have setup two accounts on the computer you are having trouble with, buddy and Other user and not enabled the Guest account.

Click on Start, type guest and press Enter to check.

Are you running Win 7 Home or Pro? (Or something else?)

There are some advanced tools in Pro, but they are not available in the Home or Starter editions. Let me know what you have and we'll go from there. :)

forgive me if I state what everyone already said.

It looks like you are playing around with windows 7 welcome screen, like you have software that enables you to change it up. The win7x32 looks like it has it and the x64 doesn't, or it isn't enabled. Also, you might try changing the pictures for each account. And Yes, it looks like the first computer has guest account enabled, and the second doesn't, but has a second account called other user (unless it is the guest account renamed other user).

Forgive me if I have only restated what everone else already said, but it looks to be a software related problem, not your windows computers
