Is the computer you are having trouble with set to try and connect to a domain? You might also check in User Accounts>>Manage Accounts and see what accounts are shown there. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Self OS Main - Windows 7 Pro SP1 64-Bit; 2nd - Windows Server 2008 R2 CPU Main - Core i7 2600K; 2nd - Core i7 920 Motherboard Main - Asus P8Z68-V Pro/Gen3; 2nd - Gigabyte GA-EX58-UDR3 Memory Main - 16GB Corsair Vengeance; 2nd - 12GB Corsair Vengeance Graphics Card Main - XFX Radeon 6870 1GB; 2nd - XFX Radeon 4870 1GB Sound Card Both: Onboard Realtek Azalia Monitor(s) Displays Main - Hann 25" + I-INC 25" + Acer 23"; 2nd - Upgrading Soon Screen Resolution Main - 1920x1080 (All Three Monitors); 2nd - Upgrading Soon Keyboard Main - Razer Reclusa; 2nd - Old MS Keyboard Mouse Main - Logitech MX Revolution; 2nd - Old MS Mouse PSU Main - OCZ 600W Modular; 2nd - OCZ 600W Case Main - Thermaltake Element G; 2nd - NZXT something or other Cooling Main - Corsair H80; 2nd - Prolimatech Megahalems Hard Drives Main - (1) Crucial M4 128GB (Boot)

Sounds like you have setup two accounts on the computer you are having trouble with, buddy and Other user and not enabled the Guest account.
Click on Start, type guest and press Enter to check. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Dell Precision 370 OS Windows 7 Pro X64 CPU Intel Pentium 4 Dual LP 3.4Ghz Memory 4GB DDR PC2-5200 ECC Graphics Card NVIDIA Quadro FX 3400/4400 Sound Card SoundMAX Integrated Digital Audio Monitor(s) Displays HP 22" w2207 LCD Screen Resolution 1680 x 1050 Hard Drives 300GB Maxtor 6L300RD PATA

Are you running Win 7 Home or Pro? (Or something else?)
There are some advanced tools in Pro, but they are not available in the Home or Starter editions. Let me know what you have and we'll go from there. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Self OS Main - Windows 7 Pro SP1 64-Bit; 2nd - Windows Server 2008 R2 CPU Main - Core i7 2600K; 2nd - Core i7 920 Motherboard Main - Asus P8Z68-V Pro/Gen3; 2nd - Gigabyte GA-EX58-UDR3 Memory Main - 16GB Corsair Vengeance; 2nd - 12GB Corsair Vengeance Graphics Card Main - XFX Radeon 6870 1GB; 2nd - XFX Radeon 4870 1GB Sound Card Both: Onboard Realtek Azalia Monitor(s) Displays Main - Hann 25" + I-INC 25" + Acer 23"; 2nd - Upgrading Soon Screen Resolution Main - 1920x1080 (All Three Monitors); 2nd - Upgrading Soon Keyboard Main - Razer Reclusa; 2nd - Old MS Keyboard Mouse Main - Logitech MX Revolution; 2nd - Old MS Mouse PSU Main - OCZ 600W Modular; 2nd - OCZ 600W Case Main - Thermaltake Element G; 2nd - NZXT something or other Cooling Main - Corsair H80; 2nd - Prolimatech Megahalems Hard Drives Main - (1) Crucial M4 128GB (Boot)

forgive me if I state what everyone already said.
It looks like you are playing around with windows 7 welcome screen, like you have software that enables you to change it up. The win7x32 looks like it has it and the x64 doesn't, or it isn't enabled. Also, you might try changing the pictures for each account. And Yes, it looks like the first computer has guest account enabled, and the second doesn't, but has a second account called other user (unless it is the guest account renamed other user).
Forgive me if I have only restated what everone else already said, but it looks to be a software related problem, not your windows computers | My System Specs | | Computer type PC/Desktop System Manufacturer/Model Number Dell Inspiron M5040 OS Windows 8 Pro with Media Center x64 CPU AMD E-450 APU 1.65 GHz Memory 4GB Graphics Card Built-in Radeon HD 6320 Graphics Screen Resolution 1366 x 768 Mouse Microsoft Wireless Mobile Mouse 3500 Cooling fan Hard Drives 500GB Internet Speed 2.86Mbps Download Speed, 2.85Mbps Upload Speed & 26ms Ping Antivirus Defender Browser IE10 I want these two pc's to login the same way problems?
