GPO Standard User to enable Service

We have a service that needs to be started on the computers in our domain. We have a script written to turn one service start up status to automatic. Unfortunately it will not run for a standard users. The user logginh in must be an administrator. Does anyone know how we can deploy a GPO that will allow a standard user to set the start up status to automatic?
