right clicking

Hi everyone. I have a strange problem. When I right-click on my computer and try to use "manager" the console doesn't appear. I know I can go into administrative tools and use computer managerment, but I would like to solve the above problem.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Any help would be appreciated. deanie44
