Windows 7: Problem Using recovery disk

There is something odd going on with booting from those recovery discs.



Try F key recovery - as suggested by seavixen .

well i did what you guys said to do and now the weirdest things are happening. when i open up the calculator and say i hit the number 5 it will say 1, if i hit it again it say 2. which ever number i hit it will go in order 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,0. Same thing happens when im creating a new folder and naming it. This is so strange never heard of this before so im thinking this laptop is just trash

You could try checking that the correct keyboard is selected?

Start>Control Panel>Ease of Access>Change How Your Keyboard Works>Add a Dvorak Keyboard........>Change Keyboards
