UAC Turned off UAC but now I get consistent pop up boxes (after re-booting) telling me I need to "restart system for changes to take affect"
I restart system and I still get these requests. Happens with both user accounts. Turn UAC back on and restart requests stop.
Running Windows 7 RC v.2100
Any help would be appreciated | My System Specs |

Are the popups you seeing coming from Action Center? It will annoy you left and right until you tell it to f*** off and ignore UAC settings. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Custom Made OS Windows 7 Build 7600|16384- 64bit CPU AMD Phenom II X4 810 - 2.61ghz Deneb Motherboard Asus M4A79T Deluxe Memory 4GB DDR3 Mushkin (1600 O.C. No. It is a pop-up box (not a balloon message) located in the middle of the screen and not coming from the action center flag in task bar. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Custom Low Rider !! You could try to re-install or doing a restore to before you turned off UAC and try to turn it off again. | My System Specs | | |
